This project tested our knowledge and expertise. The homeowners bought this foreclosure looking for a quick remodel. Unfortunately, this house suffered serious structural damage to the main portion of the house during it’s 6 year vacancy.

So ADB stepped in to redesign this 3 bedroom into a 7 bedroom mansion! First floor open-concept kitchen and living room is standard these days. Stucco siding & a stone entrance give it character. But floating concrete stairs, a cantilevered balcony, and a floor-to-ceiling staircase window - niiice.
